[Watch] Freddie Gibbs Is Back With “Scottie Beam” Visual Ft. Rick Ross

Freddie Gibbs is back once again, this time with a visual for Scottie Beamfrom his latest album release, Alfredo. The visual is based on Melina Matsoukas’ 2019 film Queen & Slim, which Freddie references in the songs opening verse rapping,“I’d hate to be on the run for smoking an officer/We busting at police before Queen & Slim, that’s on FN.” 

The visual follows a path similar to the Lenna Waithe written movie, script Freddie and a woman are traveling a back highway in a drop-top Chevy when they encounter a police officer. An altercation occurs resulting in Gibbs shooting the cop before headed to Florida where Rick Ross serves as his ally similar to the 2019 film. Watch the full visual for yourself below now.
