After releasing his controversial album, Tory Lanez has been arrested for the shooting involving rapper Megan Thee Stallion.
According to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, Lanez will be facing one felony count of personal use of a firearm, assault with a semiautomatic weapon, and carrying a loaded, unregistered gun in the vehicle.
Lanez court date is set for October 13, 2020. However, if he’s found guilty, the rapper could face a maximum of 22 years.
Previously, Megan took a few weeks before publicly revealing that Lanez was the person who shot her.
“Yes, this n***a Tory shot me. You shot me, and you got your publicist and your people to these blogs lying and s**t, stop lying!”
