Topnotchchica born and raised in the DMV area. She always had dreams of being in the lime light, her mother always told her she was born to be A star!!! She started getting recognition for her sexy pictures on social media and quickly became a Instagram model with over 700k followers. Topnotchchica is now doing music and determined to debut it on upcoming tours and show. We caught up with Topnotchchica and talked modeling, music and more!

How did you get into modeling?

Started off getting approached in a store someone offered me a magazine shoot for there catalog ever since then I fell in love with taking pictures.

What was the moment during your modeling career did you know you were popular on IG?

I knew I was popular when people where reposting every picture I posted & my followers kept going up & every shoot I did went viral.

So, you’re doing music now what made you transition into music?

I absolutely love music and I have passion for it I’m talented so I want to show the world my talented & I want to get chance to work with other talented musicians.

What’s something you learned modeling that you can apply in the music industry?

How to capture your audience attention do different things to make you stand out. how to be sexy & comfortable in your skin.

If you could get advice from any artist in the industry, who would it be and why?

Beyoncé she is one of the most talented artists & she had been successful in everything she does & is able to keep her fan base for years she has a pretty good reputation & she also landed acting gigs & that’s what I wanted to do too.

What or who influences your music?

Big producers and artist inspire me like Pharrell, The Dream, Snoop Dogg , because they make timeless music.

What’s the process of creating music for you?

Getting a beat I ride around in my car listening to it & just start writing to it then I get into the studio & record it.

Has anyone helped you or guided you in getting your foot in the industry?

My engineer from giving me studio time and spending countless hours recording has really helped me.

Have you ever released an album, mixtape, single?

I have a single out now called sex talk on all platforms.

What differentiates you from other artists?

My story where I came from I had to get it myself I’m multi talented I can pretty much do everything rap dance, model & entertain.
