Tekashi 6ix9ine’s lawyer filed paperwork this week on his clients behalf to have the rapper complete the remainder of his sentence on house arrest due to safety concerns. While the rapper does have a shot at coming home sooner than expected, the mother of his daughter, Sara Molina is not completely sold on the idea of him being released and having contact with their child.
Molina explained to TMZ that she fears for Tekashi’s safety, which could potentially put their 4-year-old daughter in danger if the flamboyant rapper is targeted for his choice to testify against fellow gang members. Molina claims that these safety issues would need to be addressed appropriately before she let’s the child anywhere near her father.
Even if the safety issues are put to rest, Molina is still requesting that Tekashi undergo a psychiatric evaluation to determine whether or not he is mentally fit to be around the little girl.
She also points out the fact that Tekashi does not reach out to her at all concerning the child.
A judge has yet to rule on the request.
