Art is everything and it comes in many forms. Divide Right Entertainment (DRE) teamed up with 2020’s breakout urban clothing apparel, Griselle New York to set the tone for what is to come in 2022. The top of the year started off with the Ghetto Gallery “Pop Up Exhibit”, which left the attendees speechless. Ray Thompson an Art Dealer of (DRE) partnered with young Fashion Designer, Asia Purnell of Griselle New York as they hosted an event that left everyone wanting more. There was wall-to-wall Art, Fashion, Music and Street Art in a private location tucked away in Midtown Manhattan. The event was a success and now the word is out.

The attendees turned into patrons real quick as they jumped at the chance of purchasing one-of-a-kind pieces of Griselle New York that were on display. The “Expensive Pain” Mirror was a hit along with designs by Griselle New York. For the fashion show portion of the activation, it was apparent the models were hand picked to represent the true essence of the line. There were custom sneakers, a customized motorcycle and artwork influenced by icons like, Snoop Dogg; the late Nipsey Hustle;  legendary NBA Player, LeBron Jame; and more. “The Ghetto Gallery II “Pop Up Exhibit” was truly for the culture. Once you stepped in the room, you fell in love with the whole vibe.” States Publicist Lynn Hobson. Ray Thompson and Griselle left their mark in the world that we know as Hip-Hop. If it’s had an impact on Hip-Hop culture, it was represented at this art meets fashion affair.
