Talk about karma! In today’s #WTFNews, a Texas man identified as 26-year-old Byron Redmon accidentally killed himself after a bullet he fired from a gun exited his target’s neck and struck him in the leg.
The Dallas PD responded to a shooting in an apartment complex on the 2200 block of Medical Street, only to find a large trail of blood leading to an empty apartment. They were later alerted to a call about a man and a woman who were found in a car nearby suffering from gunshot wounds.
Apparently, Byron shot the unidentified woman in the neck and as the bullet exited the victim’s neck it struck him in the leg. The victim was treated for her wounds and released the same day, while Byron later died at the hospital.
Police have yet to reveal the motive behind the deadly incident.
