Fans of Tekashi 6ix9ine won’t have to wait much longer to hear from the New York rapper who announced on Tuesday that he will be doing an Instagram Live session on Friday, May 8th at 3pm ET.

Following his early release last month due to Coronavirus concerns, many have been eager to hear what the embattled rapper had to say, as he has hinted at new music.

In true 6ix9ine fashion, the 23-year-old commented on TheShadeRoom’s Instagram post about his upcoming live session, saying “Be careful because the feds watchin,” along with a purple demon emoji.

TMZ reported earlier this week that the New York rapper is hard at work directing and starring in his first music video since he has been released from prison. Sources say that the video will only feature him in an effort to protect his location.

We’ll just have to wait and see what Tekashi has up his sleeve.
