New Duck Flow

Chicago is known for producing artists with various styles and it was no different when it came to Chi town bred rapper and songwriter TCF Live and heavy hitter, Rooga. Chicago’s rap scene took a turn when these two artist’s dear friend, Duck came out boasting a loud and eager sound that could get the attention of any one with ears. After Duck was murdered following his success on single “Slide”, both TCF Live and Rooga got together on this new record “New Duck Flow” to insure that his legacy and sound lives on. With a sound much different than anyone before or after, Duck’s new flow that TCF and Rooga sampled was marked by an aggressive, yet smooth tone. TCF Live, who has proven to be an artist that can take on different sounds from whispers to aggression, began with his new Duck flow before switching it up at his first verse following the chorus where he lowers his vocals, sounding more like his personal sound. Rooga began his verse utilizing his skills with his own flow before transitioning into the new sound that resembled that of Duck. Without an easily defined style, TCF and Rooga took their shot at reinventing the wheel and released a visual to go along with it. With a mix of the very popular Chicago drill and Duck’s new flow, this record has racked up views and is very close to reaching 100k after only being released for one month. From thrones as seats for the duo to the live goat signaling their praise to the late rapper, many would say that they did Duck Justice.
