Nebraska’s own STIMULUS is back again with another heater. This joint is called “On The Low” and is produced by FR!ZZ, who provides a fire backdrop for Stimulus to unleash his candid and compelling vantage point. This is a dude who hustles constantly and keeps his head down with eyes on the prize, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t aware of the naysayers. This joint very much proves that.
Stim. said the record has doses of him talking some shit, but that he’s mostly focused on venting about his own personal experiences, whether through music or with women. It’s a tongue-in-cheek anthem that is refreshingly honest. I am really excited to see what Stimulus does in the future as he has an eclectic sensibility that pairs well with wearing his heart on his sleeve. I’m always rooting for artists who grind to this extent too and who aren’t afraid to put boots on the ground and go get it.
