Migos’ favorite huncho has dropped a major bombshell on the world, announcing the creation of his very own record label.
Quavo made the surprise announcement via Instagram that he is launching Huncho Records.
“You Can Rap, Produce, Or Be A Athlete. Be All You Can Be! @hunchorecords.” The caption read under the photo of the label’s official logo.
The 29-year-old is already hard at work establishing his roster. He revealed the first three signees to the label on his company’s Instagram page which are 904 ReeBock, New York rap group Pop Out Boyz and StreetBud, who dropped his latest project Back 2 The Lab in February.
In addition to creating his own talent lineup, Quavo remains busy with the rest of the Migos as they gear up to drop CULTURE 3.
Away from music, Quavo is doing his part to help fight the coronavirus pandemic, recently announcing that his Quavo Cares Foundation has partnered with the Ohana One Foundation and Georgia’s Emory Healthcare to provide masks and other personal protective equipment to hospitals in both Atlanta and Los Angeles.
With the heavyweights behind Quality Control as his mentors, there is no doubt that Huncho Records will grow to be amongst the most recognized labels in hip-hop.
Congrats to Quavo.
