Harlem rapper Max B continues to drop new music from behind bars, and his latest release ‘House Money’ is stacked with dope features. French Montana, Jadakiss, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Wiz Khalifa, Cam’ron, Dave East, and ASAP Ferg are all on the project.
In addition, Max also shared clips from his upcoming documentary; where he talks about his musical influences, his thoughts on the new wave of rappers, and his plans after prison. During an impromptu call on The Joe Budden Podcast, Max talked about the concept behind ‘House Money’. “This is just a taste test, to let y’all marinate on something. Just to let y’all see how I am giving it up. So yeah, this kid is still crazy. My shit real. It’s quality. Up. Everything loopy,” he said.
Max B is currently serving 75-years in prison for a deadly armed robbery in 2009, although he later revealed his sentence was reduced to 12 years meaning he could be home as soon as 2021.
