“I’m honored to be the first artist to release a single with RapCaviar. I stay tapped into the playlist, so the #BreakfastBars freestyle turning into this opportunity is a blessing. I had to close the year out with some commentary on this wild year.”   -Mozzy

“Keep Hope” follows the recent release of Mozzy’s raw and uncut project Occupational Hazard and joins the list of over 500 Spotify Singles recordings to date, from more than 250 artists across all genres. Listen to the full Singles catalogue HERE. The track was birthed after the Oak Park native dropped a freestyle about heavy current events on @RapCaviars social media for their new #BreakfastBars segment, leaving everyone wanting more. The freestyle hit so hard and close to home on topics including COVID-19, Breonna Taylor, Kobe Bryant, OnlyFans and more that Spotify’s Head of Urban Music, Carl Cherry, found it ideal to close out the year and encouraged Mozzy to create an entire single around it for Singles. With infectious hooks from BLXST, who has jumped on a few of the Black Panther Soundtrack artist’s previous singles including “Streets Ain’t Safe” and “I Ain’t Perfect” off of Beyond Bulletproof, and Mozzy’s raw, real and inspiring rhymes, “Keep Hope” is the perfect single to have on repeat heading into the new year.
