In celebration of the release of Space Jam 2, Michael Jordan’s player sample of the Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” shoes, made especially for the legendary basketball player to wear in the original film are now being auctioned.
The pair was released in 1996 and is amongst one of the most highly-coveted Air Jordans in existence, though they never actually made it onto Jordan’s feet.
The shoe comes in Jordan’s size, which is 13 and features an autograph from the player in silver ink on the left shoe. Delivered in a custom wooden box that features a laser-etched Tune Squad logo, if you can afford it, this is one auction you don’t want to miss.
The auction for the unique pair runs until July 25 and currently has a bid of $100,000 USD. For more information on the auction, check out Sotheby’s.
