Megan Thee Stallion is giving back to help two women of color who are college students with a $10,000 scholarship for loans and school-related expenses. This scholarship is also in partnership with Rap Rotation, amazon music’s flagship global hip hop brand, and playlist.
According to the Houston rapper, this opportunity represents the trailblazing young women who never stop working hard to earn an education. Women, in general, are not meant as much and are undervalued. Women of color, particularly black women students, are at a more massive disadvantage when it comes to financial resources.
Megan’s announcement for so big that the site ended up crashing less than an hour.
Megan thee stallion, who also is a fellow black female college student who is very passionate when it comes to women gaining a higher education.
