Wright

Michael Oronde Wright (born August 17, 1972), also known as Big Shot, is an record executive, urban music promoter, media proprietor, and entrepreneur. Born in Roxbury, Massachusetts, and raised in California in 1985, Wright was a star Track athlete and inspiring model before founding his record label, Big Shot Music Group, in 2002.  .  Wright is the cousin to legendary Disco Queen Donna Summer and Robert Grant, also known as O’Mega Red.

During his teenage years in high school is where Wright indeed grew his love for music, especially Hip-Hop, as West Coast Hip-Hop was starting to flourish alongside dominant East Coast Hip-Hop.  Other classmates that would eventually blossom from his alumni are Zack de la Rocha and close friend Mike Lord of Dial-7.

He has found his way to Atlanta, Georgia, and he is shaking up the music scene. I guess it is just in his blood. From athletics to modeling and then to music, Big shot is one to watch out for.
