Leo Amari made a vow to do what’s best for him and his career. He stepped out on his own and the rest is history. He has graced the stages of every major arena in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. Amari’s lyrical talent has been featured on the Radio One Blitz Showcase and the BET Experience in Los Angeles, CA. He acquired a strong base of followers from those events. His fans are loyal and they are following him to the top.
Leo Amari’s latest project, an EP entitled, Juno Tape, is a three-single series, set to release this spring. The first single to drop is Shoota – with its high paced lyrics dipped in erotic overtones and powerful bars. The official video paints a clean picture but delivers a heated discussion set for ‘Grown Folks Only.’ He follows it up with two powerful singles, Pull Up and Say My Name, which will put the icing on the cake. Publicist Lynn Hobson states, “One may say that he is a newcomer to the game but his talent far exceeds his resume. He has worked with Grammy-nominated producer, Yung Berg (Hitmaka), along with other notable producers as well. Leo Amari is about his business and success is on the horizon.”
