Kodak Black has been rather vocal about his day to day experiences while incarcerated.
In a lengthy post on his Instagram, the Florida rapper details the unfair treatment that he is subjected to while housed in the Miami Federal Detention Center, where he claims, a conspiracy against him is taking place.
“There is a big conspiracy going on in this building on Me. Santiago Torres is using her position wrongfully in Miami FDC and is abusing her authority,” writes Black. “
Lieutenant F. Arroyo and Santiago Torres are the two that Black, real name Bill Kapri, singles out in the post as the ones plotting against him.
“She has been writing falsified incident reports on me, to take phone privileges that I get once a week while in solitary.” the rapper alleges against Torres.
Black claims that his mail is somehow being tampered with, as it takes up to a month to reach him and outgoing mail to his family somehow never reaches them.
“My family hasn’t received none of my letters for the holidays. Which is borderline cruel and unethical,” he writes.
This is not the first time during his 46 month sentence that the rapper has alleged to being treated poorly in the prison. In November of last year, the rapper claims that someone drugged him minutes before a fight with another inmate.
Despite these instances, Black alleges that staff turns a blind eye to the mistreatment of prisoners.
“With their self serving agenda they will always side with their fellow officers whether right or wrong.”
If these claims are indeed true, then Black could potentially be at risk of facing imminent retaliation from prison guards
Prison officials have yet to release a statement addressing Black.
