Kanye, once again, left fans bewildered as he dipped himself in silver on Sunday for the opening of his opera, “Mary.” during Art Basel weekend in Miami.

“Mary” was the follow up last month’s “Nebuchadnezzar” opera that West  held in Hollywood. West reopened the Miami Marine Stadium for the first time in 27 years to host the production. The event was first announced on Twitter Thursday as a “A Kanye West Opera.” The Vanessa Beecroft directed musical, listed tickets at $200 per person. By Friday evening, the event had completely sold out. Chance the Rapper was among the spectators.

The opera followed the same prototype as West’s Sunday Service productions, with the opera singer as the only notable addition.

It was the end of “Mary” that has fans talking. West returned to the stage to take a bow fully covered in silver paint. Almost as soon as he came onto the stage, he was waving goodbye to eager fans as he swiftly escaped in a speedboat. Accompanied by longtime confidant Farnworth Bentley, who was also fully draped in silver, fans were left scratching their heads at the significance of the paint.
