Actor and rapper Jaden Smith will be launching a social media show titled “The Solution Committee.” The show will air on Snapchat. Smith’s series will discuss racial and social justice.
“The Solution Committee” will explore criminal justice reform, voting access, education reform, and various other topics.
“Historically, people between the ages of 18 to 23 have been less likely to vote. This is because many young people feel like they don’t have the information or know where to get it. This show is about educating the youth and making sure they feel empowered and ready to vote,” said Smith.
He will have family and celebrity guests such as Common, Hailey Bieber, Janelle Monáe, Yara Shahidi, Willow Smith, and more. Tap in today! Your voice matters, so also are sure to get out and vote on November 3, 2020.
The show premieres September 21 ahead of National Voter Registration Day on September 22.
