Ja Rule is taking nostalgia to a whole other level, announcing plans to re-release his entire discography “as visual albums” coming up this December. The news of this retrospective push came in the form of tweets Ja posted this week, including one of Ja responding to a fan who questioned why now for the album. “Music is timeless,” Ja simply explained.
According to Rule himself, previously released songs with videos will not be part of the discography re-release project and the whole project will be paid for out of his own pocket. And although he doesn’t plan on recreating already released videos, there is one song he said he may consider creating a brand new visual for: “Daddy’s Little Baby.”
Such an ambitious effort may take quite some time but Ja Rule seems totally game and ready to give his fans what they’ve never seen before! Check out the full Twitter thread of questions and Ja’s answers below.
