Jaquan McCullough, also known as ItsreallyQuan, has transformed his college football career into multiple business ventures that are geared towards giving back to his community. The college football star fell in love with the sport at the young age of six years old. He stated, “I was drawn to football because it builds character and also relationships.” Itsreallyquan lives by these words as he utilizes football to assist the younger generation in building a prosperous life through the sport. Quan was a natural at football and received 2, division 1 scholarships in high school for football. However, he did not receive eligibility through the NCAA ClearingHouse. This resulted in him attending junior college. Subsequently, he received a division 2 scholarship and matriculated at West Liberty University where his football journey then ended.
Following his college football career, Quan became a voice for “Changing the Community” also known as CTC. This company is a camp and mentorship program in which Quan served for two consecutive years prior to the pandemic. It wasn’t long after he set forth on this venture that prospects began to reach out to him with opportunities to attend events as a special guest. As a special guest, Quan had the opportunity to network with big names in a plethora of big industries such as the NBA, NFL, and the entertainment business. His network included icons such as, Isaiah Stewart, Benny the Butcher, Dave East, Jadakiss, and Meek Mill, to name a few.
While attending high end gatherings, Quan has also focused his attention on hosting football camps in Rochester, NY. It is his way of giving back to the children of his community. In addition to this endeavor, Quan was extremely busy this summer coordinating a basketball team with Benny the Butcher for a tournament titled, “Rucker Park Summer Tournament”. This tournament lasted approximately seven weeks during the summer and attracted big names to join the roster such as, Benny the Butcher, Dave East, Grafh, and more.
Thus far, it has been an amazing journey in the world of business for Quan. He explained, “My purpose is to help people that come from where I come from. I want to let them know that there are possibilities, if not with sports, then in business.” In addition to everything mentioned, Quan is also a daily stock trader and is involved in the world of real estate. It has all occurred at the perfect time. Recently, Quan and Keyara introduced their daughter into the world on August 18th, 2021. Now, he plans to develop his own legacy to leave behind for his daughter as he strategizes and implements the blueprint for an organization to assist others.
