A successful career in the music industry is not easy to achieve. There is a lot of competition, making it harder to stand out and build an audience. It is even more challenging to get paid gigs, especially as an upcoming DJ, and if you are fortunate to get one, most are underpaid. But this has not stopped DJ Ryan from living his passion. Ryan has worked on his craft for the last 20 years and is leveraging his skills to jump over the many hurdles and provide the audience with great party mixes.

DJ Ryan has performed in numerous events in and out of the US. He was the DJ on Starz PowerBook II: GHOST as well as in the new Apple TV+ series, We Crashed. His skills both as DJ and songwriter, deep love for music, and ability to control the room have greatly helped him break into the music industry, with his gigs packed to capacity.

DJ Ryan has made a name for himself in the DJing scene and is well known for driving excellent events. He can  set the mood and bring a party to life, a skill he has perfected over the last 20 years.

Ryan Vandal first started DJing at the age of 10. His parents gifted him with a set of DJ equipment, motivating him to learn more about the art of DJing.

DJ Ryan began practicing, and in time, became better and started getting celebrity gigs. DJ Ryan DJs internationally for Richard Branson’s ship, Virgin Voyages. He has performed in various places worldwide, including Vegas and NYC, where he has played at multiple clubs, and Mexico and Lowa, to name a few.

From a small boy’s dream to an international DJ, Ryan Vandal has achieved his goals and gained a fandom with thousands of followers. As a young artist, he says his goal is to use his music and platform to support and empower other young creators as he shows people the importance of never giving up.

DJ Ryan’s journey has not been all glamorous. He met various obstacles, from bullying to people undermining his capabilities due to his young age. However, what makes him different is his resilient spirit. Even when people made fun of him when he was starting, DJ Ryan didn’t let their words win.

He continued pushing and growing as a DJ/songwriter, and his skills now set him apart from the competition. The stories and the vibe behind his original music help him stand out with his events selling out.

DJ Ryan has written different songs, including “Tear it Down”, “Nobody Competes”, and one of his latest tracks, “Single For Now”. He has also co-written “Stay”, based on his life experience and one of his closest friends who passed on.

“People will always try to discourage you and show you why you will not make it. But you shouldn’t let their words dictate your future. Instead of focusing your energy on the critics, work on your craft and never give up on your dreams or goals. Keep doing your thing and always remember that at the end of the day, the best investment is in yourself,” says DJ Ryan.
