Drake has officially broken the record for landing the most top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
With his recent collaborations with DJ Khaled, his two new songs“Popstar,” and “Greece,” has helped the OVO artist secure a total of 40 top 10s – beating out Madonna’s 38. “Popstar” earned a No. 3 spot on this week’s Hot 100 while “Greece” landed at No. 8, helping him break his tie with Madonna and surpass the previously set record.
Earlier this year in March, Billboardreported that the Canada rapper also broke the record for most Billboard Hot 100 entries ever, with a total of 208 appearances on the chart at the time of writing.
In the meantime, Drake fans have something to look forward to as the artist recently hinted that his highly-anticipated upcoming studio album is 80 percent complete. In an Instagram story post, Drake uploaded a selfie of himself in the studio with the caption “80%” – which fans interpreted to be about the album.
