Now that we know Diddy and Caresha “go together”, it’s time to get back to business!
The industry vet is making his return to the music scene with his first single in over seven years, “Gotta Move On“. The track features Bryson Tiller and is the first single under Diddy’s new label LOVE RECORDS.
Expected to be on Diddy’s highly anticipated forthcoming album, “Gotta Move On” takes us back to the days of Diddy risking it all for love.
I tried, I tried to give it all to you baby, brand new Mercedes, a newborn baby, yeah, and I told you your love too lazy (No)/ All you had to do was love me, baby, yeah, and it get so frustrating, yeah/ Why you wanna go and text me baby? Yeah degrade me and tell me I’m failing.
Ahead of the single’s release, the hip-hop mogul took to his Instagram to tell us a little about the cut. “I made a song with Bryson Tiller,” says Diddy. “It helped him through his break up and it helped me through my last break up. It’s called ‘Gotta Move On.’ Sometimes you just gotta move on. That’s what the record is about. Keep it pushin. Keep it motherfuckin’ pushin’,” he continued.
