Bossreece

Rising rap artist Bossreece is fresh off the release of his brand new single Bounce Back. The catchy smash hit single finds the Compton rapper teaming up with the producer THX to create the lit beat. For Bossreece, his Bounce Back single is his motivational anthem that keeps him going. The song helps remind him of how far he’s already come, from having nothing to his name to now being able to provide for his family. In addition to releasing his brand new Bounce Back single, Bossreece has also unveiled it’s official visual treatment. To shoot the clean cinematic music video for his new single, Bossreece teamed up with Seven Star Media. If you haven’t already checked out the dope visual for Bounce Back, make sure you go watch it!

Being from Compton has definitely helped influence Bossreece and the music that he creates. Growing up in the area, there was always a fight or a battle due to all of the chaos that was surrounding him. One thing everybody does growing up in Compton is figure out their talent then take it and run with it. Soon enough, Bossreece discovered that his talent was in his passion and ability to create hip hop music. And looking around the streets of Compton, he realized that he had a story to tell that needed to be heard by the masses. It’s part of what gave him the passion to pursue his career as a music artist. Bossreece wants to see a change in all of the mumble rapping and flow studiers. He wants to see more artists coming out with their own sound instead of trying to sound just like other rappers that are already out. In the next five years, the rapper sees himself achieving the same kind of success as some of his favorite music artists. He can already see himself going mainstream with a minimum of two songs reaching the top of the Billboard Music Charts. And with the kind of stories he’s sharing through his music, he’s already got his growing fan base going crazy.

One thing the upcoming rapper has already accomplished is always being prepared for whatever kind of beat comes his way. As a young independent music artist, having a song ready to go or being able to write a new song once you hear a beat for the first time is a huge accomplishment. The top four hip hop artists that Bossreece is currently listening to are NBA YoungBoy, Mozzy, Morray, and of course himself! But he’s also influenced by his uncle Young Shame, his cousin WhyM, and his father. By watching his favorite music artists and role models, Bossreece has seen that it’s just as important to support and give back to your community as it is to have the support of your community. And in times of crisis, he feels that there is a lot that music artists can be doing to support their communities. Such as school programs that actually teach hip hop to musicians, food and clothing drives for people in need, and even building a studio in their community for independent artists looking to break into the music industry.
