A native of Cleveland, Ohio, William “Chill Will” Jones had a difficult childhood. He survived a brain tumor at a young age and was raised by parents who suffered from addiction. Chill Will was placed into the foster system, where he endured troubled homes and abusive families. However, he remained resilient and optimistic about his future and continued to press on.
