Cheryl “Cherry” Doyle, born in Chicago, IL of October 1991 is an American rapper and songwriter. Growing up in the LeClaire Courts housing projects on the south side, writing and music was a talent she discovered by the age of 9. At just 14, she worked as an actress and playwright, later bridging the gap for her to work with indie films in the Midwest area. Recently rediscovering her freedom in music, she released her first singles, including “Clout”, in November 2020. In July 2021, her upcoming project and will be released with a visual for 3 tracks.
In addition to working on her own individual bodies of work, Cherry has a couple dope collaborations up her sleeve. In Atlanta, she’s currently working with Authentic Empire Music Group to release a single project entitled “Runnit.” With its visuals slated to video releasing in about a week. Cherry also has her sights set on Los Angeles, as she’s teamed up with collective called the Music Patch. It’s a fam made up of an international collective of creatives and industry professionals that collaborate to make amazing things happen. Her experience with them so far on the music side has introduced her to multi-platinum engineers and producers that worked with world renounced recording artists. Though her collaboration with the Music Patch she has several projects with them as well.
Cherry plans to remain busy working on her craft as she will be releasing another visual for “Troublesome feat. Ray Champion after “Runnit”. Her first EP “The Tip Out” will also be available in July.
