Brooklyn rapper King Xerxes has been slowly climbing the ladder with each release. This past week, he treated fans alike to his latest single, “Made Me Do.” The track is produced by CashMoneyAP and finds the rapper spitting boastful bars about his rise from nothing. It arrives weeks removed from his Valentine’s Day Effort, “Boo.”

It’s been months since King Xerxes released his debut EP, Hoop Dreams, and his new content continues to top its previous release. “Lead us to the promise land / Pop a bottle every time you make some bands,” Xerxes raps.
