Blackkingkofi is gearing up to release his 4 track EP entitled “Dual Citizenship.” After a two year hiatus from releasing new music he is excited to be back creating. A lot of success was achieved by the Trini / Canadian artist in 2019, this includes crossing a million streams, charting on the Top 50 iTunes Charts for his song “Tropics,” and starting an Agency. Being a new father Blackkingkofi decided to spend most of his time enjoying parenthood while also growing his online businesses.
Being back in a creative mindset after achieving a lot of his goals Blackkingkofi is excited about this release. Having dual citizenship for Canada and Trinidad and Tobago is what inspired the name of the EP. The EP would consist of 4 songs which would all have features. Two of the features would be from artists who are Trinidadian and another two with Canadian artists. Blackkingkofi plans on dropping the official tracklist for the EP in November following up with the actual release in December.
