Becktoria is a singer-songwriter and actress from Burma, Myanmar. An incredible and classically trained musician, she has the drive and skill to propel her through to an amazing career. Most recently, Becktoria has released a gorgeous new EP titled “Goodbye & Hello.” The project tells the story of saying goodbye to old love and embracing new relationships.
Finding her sound in Pop music when she was only in high school, it was never a surprise that Becktoria would go far with her melodic voice. Now pursuing a career in the industry, she has a full discography of her own and it is only growing.
Goodbye & Hello is a project that shows just how much growth Becktoria has seen since her first EP, Lovers, about a similar topic.
“The EP is saying goodbye to the old relationship and hello to the new one, but it also has another metaphorical meaning,” she said. “We’re saying goodbye to the old me and hello to the new Becktoria.”
The project is simply beautiful and does an amazing job of inspiring personal growth in its listeners. One song in particular, “I Like It Like That,” has not only found itself on the Billboard Top 40 Indicator Chart, but also reached the hearts of so many.
“It’s about falling in love and feeling that rush when you are in the honeymoon phase,” Becktoria explained.
The song has both a sexy, energetic feel to it, but also an incredible story as told through Becktoria’s lyricism. It’s a great example of many of her skills as a musician.
The purpose of “Goodbye & Hello,” as well as all of Becktoria’s other music, is to inspire and influence others to enjoy the love in their lives.
“I hope that they get inspired and feel happy listening to the music,” Becktoria said. “I want them to understand the journey that I went through because it’s really relatable. I’m sure everyone has gone through that same journey.”
There is truly something for everyone to enjoy on this track. With tracks that range from heartfelt and slow to energetic and sexy, there is no limit to Becktoria’s versatility as an artist.
Currently Becktoria has a few videos and visualizers out for the “Goodbye & Hello” EP. She is hoping to continue releasing more exciting content for the project and is excited to share her music with her fans in live performances as soon as she is able.
Becktoria is also looking forward to her next project, a full-length album. This exciting new project will discuss life, love and her own experiences as she transitions into her thirties.
