The feud between Rick Ross and 50 Cent has stood the test of time, playing out for years both in court and on social media. No 50 is attempting to have Roza testify in a court case that seemingly has nothing to do with the Miami native.

50 Cent has filed a malpractice lawsuit against his former law firm, Reed Smith, in relation to the $7 million judgment that was awarded to Rick Ross’s baby mother, Lastonia Leviston. 50 is trying to get to the bottom of whether or not the firm committed malpractice by failing to interview several key witnesses, including Rick Ross himself. If you recall, the judgment forced 50 to file for bankruptcy in 2015.

“Our client Mr. Roberts has no problem appearing for a deposition, he just requires that Mr. Jackson follow the law,” says John T. Rose, Esq. in an exclusive statement to HotNewHipHop regarding the case.
Since Ross has previously denied 50’s attempts to have him testify in relation to the case, 50 is now attempting to get a Georgia court involved in the matter, filing documents to force Rozay to testify in the unrelated malpractice lawsuit.

That motion is currently pending.
