From ‘Icy girl’ to ‘Hype girl’! Saweetie teams up with rapper Doja Cat for the girl anthem “Best Friend”. In the song, along with the video, the two rappers celebrate women empowerment, as well as each other, and call out misogyny.

The ultra-glam visual, directed by Dave Meyers, finds both artists living their best lives — from twerking on top of a bedazzled Tesla, to making it rain in a strip club, even jumping off a cliff…naked! The feel-good video definitely depicts a fun and appreciated friendship.
The bouncy track follows Saweetie’s “Tap In” remix with DaBaby, Post Malone and Jack Harlow, and will be featured on her debut album Pretty Bitch Music. As for Doja, she is readying her new project and has also hinted at a few collaborations with The Weeknd, Ariana Grande and SZA.
