[Watch] Nick Cannon and Gospel Legend Kierra “Kiki” Sheard Celebrate Easter Weekend With Release of “No Weapon”

Nick Cannon and award-winning gospel artist, actress, and entrepreneur Kierra “Kiki” Sheard debuted a new song “No Weapon” in honor of Good Friday and Easter weekend. A cover of Fred Hammond’s “No Weapon Formed Against Me Shall Prosper,” Cannon and Kierra’s rendition of “No Weapon” appears in his upcoming feature film She-Ball and will be featured on the film’s soundtrack, which will be released by Republic Records this summer.

This new song falls on the heels of Nick Cannon’s music video for “Ghetto Blues” released earlier this month, which was inspired by his 10+ years of work with the Los Angeles Mission and shed light on the Los Angeles homeless community.

Written, directed and starring Nick Cannon, She-Ball follows Avery Watts (played by Cannon), a single father who lost his NBA dreams to gang violence, who enlists a women’s street ball league to help save an embattled community center in Inglewood, California.
