Nigerian/Newark Artist JiG, is Making Waves With His Single, “Jitterbugs” Feat 1501 Certified Artist, Erica Banks.
It’s the top of the year and despite a pandemic happening, the north got a chance to make it out to meet the south. Nigerian/Newark bred up & coming Hip-Hop Artist JiG, is making waves with the release of his single, “Jitterbugs” featuring Houston’s own 1501 Certified recording artist, Erica Banks.
Steady working on his craft while also juggling his studies as a senior at Towson University in Maryland as a Chemistry major, JiG can’t wait to fling his graduation cap into the air . “These past three years have not easy, but I am looking forward to focusing on my music full time”, smiles JiG. “I have one more semester left!”
Though JiG has a love for education, music has always been his passion and dream to pursue. “I have been watching Erica’s work ethic for quite some time and I was impressed with her word play” states JiG. Signed to Dawan “DB” Brown’s 100% Pure Entertainment based out of New Jersey, JiG and his team invaded Houston and brought back home a hit.
“I’m excited about this record”, states DB who also has other artists signed to his five year old label that is distributed by Equity. “JiG’s consistancy and talent will soon motivate the masses”.
