[New Music] Will Smith Hops On Joyner Lucas’ Remix to “Will”

The Fresh Prince of….Bars?! Yup, Will Smith has joined Joyner Lucas for the remix to the original version of his single “Will”, in which he pays homage to his idol. After the rapper shared the music video for the track, Smith took notice and even posted a clip of the visual on his Instagram to show his appreciation.

The remix features a two-minute verse from the 51-year-old and needless to say, fans are loving it! Smith raps about the early days of his career, the people who have influenced him and thanks Joyner for honoring him with this song.

On top of my dreams, Joyner, I know you inspired by me / Like I was inspired by Nelson Mandela, I give him a rose for every endeavor / And shoutout to Julius Erving, one of the legends I worship (Worship) / Muhammad Ali put the work in, he was the champ, the greatest, he earned it

During a face-to-face conversation on Smith’s Snapchat series Will From Home, Lucas let Will know how much of an influence he’s been to him. “You’ve always been my idol,” said Joyner. “For me, I feel like you’ve done everything the right way and I really look up to that.”
